I love the sound of snow melting. Full of optimism, we washed all our garden furniture last weekend. And we enjoyed several great hours in the sun. The kids and I even invited to our first "garden party" - just grandpa - but how we loved it! We sat for hours just dreaming of how wonderful our garden will look when summer comes and it's packed with colourful flowers and homegrown vegetables. We have spent the last few weeks looking at Claus Dalbys blog. He is a Danish garden expert, and have the most beautiful pictures ever! You find a link to his blog in my blog list if you want some inspiration for your garden.
Talk about sudden awakening!! Because this week, something white started pouring down from heaven. Not a little bit, but a lot! Imagine going to work in the morning and finding your car nicely wrapped in a white wet blanket.. Not being able to even move you car until you have removed almost 30 cm of snow. NOT my kind of fun! White is nice - but not in March :-(
In my longing for colours, I found an UFO that I wanted to finish. I crocheted granny squares with my aunt for this blanket, and it's time to finish it. So this is what I'm doing in the evenings - joining my granny squares, while I imagine no snow and soon spring outside ;-)
Hope you have a great week!
